What things cost, in plain numbers
Some AI actions use credits; the cost is always shown before anything runs. Plans include monthly credits that refresh each month, top-ups never expire, and if an action fails the credits come back automatically. New accounts start with 30 free credits and no card.

What happens if something fails?
Credits are held while an action runs and only spent when it succeeds. If it fails, the hold is released and the credits return to your balance.
Top-ups and caps
Need more? Buy a top-up of 500 credits; top-ups don't expire. Daily caps on things like map checks and site imports stop anything running away with your balance.

No. Included monthly credits reset at each refresh. Purchased top-ups do roll over.

No. Credits for failed actions are returned automatically.

Yes, every paid action shows its cost first.
What's a fair-use cap?
A daily limit per action type that stops accidental overspending.
How do I top up?
From Plans & usage. A top-up is 500 credits.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. You get 30 credits without a card.
Is it safe to connect my Google Business Profile?
Yes. You connect through Google's own sign-in screen, so we never see your Google password, and the access key Google gives us is stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time from your settings or your Google account.
What happens if I run out of credits?
AI actions pause until your monthly credits refresh, or you can top up 500 credits for £12 at any time. Nothing is charged without you choosing it, and any action that fails is refunded automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel during the 14-day free trial (which includes 250 trial credits) and you aren't charged. After your first payment you have 30 days to ask for a full refund. After that, cancelling stops the plan renewing at the end of the year or month you paid for.
