07Does AI publish automatically?+

No. Replies, posts, images and profile corrections remain drafts until someone with the right access reviews and approves them.

08What happens if I cancel?+

Your subscription stops renewing and access continues until the end of the paid 6- or 12-month term.

09Do product details sync to Google's product listings?+

No. Products are stored in your catalogue so you can create posts and images from them; they are not a universal sync to Google Products.

10Can you remove negative reviews?+

No. Legitimate reviews cannot be deleted here. Recurring feedback is kept visible with guidance on how to respond or report reviews that may break Google's policies.

11Do reports prove sales?+

Reports cover calls, direction requests and website clicks with their date and location coverage. They show interactions, not confirmed sales.

12What is not included for agencies?+
