Terms of service
These draft terms explain the intended product rules. They are not presented as lawyer-approved and require operator review before launch.
The service
Lets Connect provides tools for supported Google Business Profile work, including reviews and replies, manual review-request batches, posts, photos, profile fields, services, local comparisons, insights and reports. A separate physical-products catalogue does not automatically publish products to Google. Google remains a separate service with its own rules and availability.
Your responsibilities
Use accurate business information, maintain permission to manage each connected location, keep account access secure, obtain appropriate consent for contact imports and review reuse, review work before approval and comply with applicable rules.
Plans and credits
New subscriptions are sold as 6-month or 12-month terms, paid upfront at the full term price shown on the pricing page (Starter £114 or £228, Growth £234 or £468, Business £594 or £1,188), plus VAT where it applies. Included credits refresh each month of the paid term and unused monthly credits do not roll over; purchased top-ups are separate. Text, standard and enhanced work use the stated credits only after successful results. Manual uploads and templates are free. Existing monthly subscribers stay on their original monthly contract. Payment and any applicable tax are shown before confirmation.
Changes and cancellation
A term renews for the same length unless the workspace owner cancels it through the billing portal before renewal. Cancelling keeps access and monthly credits until the end of the paid term. Timing and final charges follow what the portal shows. This draft does not create extra refund rights or override rights that apply by law.
No ranking guarantee
The service supports consistency and responsiveness. It does not guarantee rankings, leads, review removal, uninterrupted third-party access or a particular business outcome.
Approval and suspension
Publishing requires an approved version. Some optional draft preparation may run automatically after a workspace enables it, but generated work is not published without review. Access may be paused where necessary to protect the service, customers or third parties.
