Information the service handles
Account details, workspace memberships, business profile information, reviews and replies, review-request contacts and consent records, private feedback, posts, uploaded assets, usage and interaction records, payment reporting and enquiries you submit.
Why it is used
To provide the workspace, connect the Google locations you authorise, prepare approved work, create manual request batches and reports, manage plans and credits, prevent abuse, provide support and keep operational records.
Service providers
Authorised services may process sign-in, hosted payment, Google Business Profile, content generation, hosting and storage data when those capabilities are configured and you use them. Lets Connect does not expose private access details in the browser.
Choices and control
You can withdraw a Google connection in Settings, manage billing through the billing portal when available, and contact support about your account or enquiry.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept as needed to operate the service and meet the operator's obligations. A final retention schedule and deletion process are pending operator review; this draft does not promise a fixed period.
