Data Processing Addendum (summary)

For data about your own customers (for example orders, bookings, chats and review-request contacts), your business is the controller and LETS CONNECT CARD LTD is the processor. For your account and billing data, we are the controller (see our Privacy policy).

• Process personal data only on your documented instructions.
• Staff and sub-processors are bound by confidentiality.
• Appropriate security measures (see Security).
• Use only the listed sub-processors and tell you before changes.
• Help you answer data subject requests and assess risks.
• Tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach affecting your data.
• Delete or return data at the end of the service.
• Appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
