Refund policy

Every plan can start with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing. If you keep the plan, your first payment is taken on day 15.

The 30-day money-back guarantee counts from that first payment, not from sign-up. So you have 14 days free, plus 30 days after being charged to ask for a full refund.

If you are not happy within 30 days of your first payment on a plan (day 15 onwards if you started with a free trial), email us and we will refund that payment in full. We do not deduct card processing fees from your refund.

The guarantee applies once per customer or organisation, and only to the first purchase of a plan. It does not cover renewals or top-up credits.

Email support@localseoai.io from your account email within 30 days of your first payment. Signed-in owners can also use Request a refund on the Plans & usage page, which opens a pre-filled email and shows the date the guarantee ends. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday, UK time).

The refund goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.

When the refund is made, your plan ends straight away and does not renew, and the credits included with that payment are withdrawn. Your account, your connected Google profile and your saved work stay in place, and you can choose a plan again later.

After 30 days the 12-month term is paid up front and is non-refundable, including unused months or unused credits, except where the law requires otherwise. Top-up credits are non-refundable once bought.

Cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep access and your monthly credits until the end of the term you paid for.

Every new account gets 30 free credits to try it — no card needed — so you can test replies, images, AI search checks and your Brand page before choosing a plan. There is no time limit on using them. This is separate from the 14-day free trial, which needs a card and gives the full plan.

Separately from the guarantee, credits are only kept for actions that succeed. If an AI reply, image, map check or other action fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same thing, tell us and we will put it right.
