How billing works
- One monthly subscription for your partner account. You're billed for your active client locations, or the tier minimum if that's higher.
- Reseller and White-label licences are a separate one-off payment. The licence lasts while your account is active and paid; it doesn't include source code.
- Each client location gets 500 credits a month from its own allowance. Extra credits: £12 for 500 or £39 for 2,000, which you can share out between clients.
- You set your own price to clients, but not below £29 per location per month. Agency accounts manage their own clients and don't resell.
- Prices include VAT where it applies and are reviewed once a year. Full details are in the partner terms.
