Partner terms
These partner terms apply alongside our Terms of service for anyone in the Local SEO AI partner programme. It is written in plain English for business customers, applies to every plan and every country we serve, and the date below shows when it last changed. If anything is unclear, email privacy@localseoai.io and we will explain it.

1. Partner programme: tiers and fees
- Partner: no setup fee, £25 per client location per month, minimum 5 locations.
- Reseller: £2,500 one-off licence, £19 per client location per month, minimum 20 locations.
- White-label: £5,000 one-off licence, £15 per client location per month, minimum 50 locations.
- Agency: no setup fee, £29 per client location per month, minimum 5 locations; manages its own clients and may not resell.
2. Partner programme: billing and credits
Partners have one monthly subscription. Each month we bill the number of active client locations or the tier minimum, whichever is higher. Licence fees are a separate one-off payment. Prices include VAT where it applies.
Each client location receives 500 credits a month from its own allowance. Included credits do not roll over. Partners can buy extra credits (£12 for 500, £39 for 2,000) and allocate them to clients; bought credits do not expire while the partner account is active and paid.
3. Partner programme: resale, licence and review
Partners set their own prices but must not resell below £29 per client location per month.
A licence is a right to use and resell the service while the partner account is active and paid. It is not a licence to our source code and cannot be transferred. White-label partners may use their own brand, logo, colours, custom domain and email sender name; they remain responsible for their own client relationships and support.
We review partner prices once a year and give at least 30 days' notice of any change. Either side can end the partner subscription at the end of a billing month; the one-off licence fee is not refundable once the account has been used, except where the law requires otherwise.
