Your Brand page can have its own AI agent with a name you choose. Visitors ask about prices, opening times or services by typing or speaking, and it answers only from the details on your Brand page. When someone is ready, it hands over to your WhatsApp. It costs 1 credit per 5 replies.
How does the AI agent work?

Will it make things up?
It is told to answer only from your saved details. If something isn't on your Brand page, it says so and offers WhatsApp. You can read every conversation in the chat log.
It helps most when the same questions arrive again and again, or when customers look at your page outside opening hours. A salon can answer "Do you do balayage?" at 11pm, and a plumber can confirm they cover a postcode while out on a job.

Per-visitor and daily caps. When a cap is hit it stops and points to WhatsApp.
Which languages?
It replies in the language the visitor writes in where the model supports it.
Is it safe to connect my Google Business Profile?
Yes. You connect through Google's own sign-in screen, so we never see your Google password, and the access key Google gives us is stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time from your settings or your Google account.
What happens if I run out of credits?
AI actions pause until your monthly credits refresh, or you can top up 500 credits for £12 at any time. Nothing is charged without you choosing it, and any action that fails is refunded automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel during the 14-day free trial (which includes 250 trial credits) and you aren't charged. After your first payment you have 30 days to ask for a full refund. After that, cancelling stops the plan renewing at the end of the year or month you paid for.
