Orders land in your WhatsApp. Invoices make themselves.
When a customer taps Order now on your Brand page, the items, quantities and an order number arrive in your WhatsApp. Confirm it in your Orders tab and an invoice is created automatically, ready to share to the customer's WhatsApp in one tap. No payment gateway is needed.
How do WhatsApp orders work?

- 2Customers add items and tap Order now.
- 3The order arrives in your WhatsApp with an order number.
- 4Open Orders, confirm it, and the invoice is created.
- 5Tap Share to send the invoice to the customer's WhatsApp.
Do I need a payment system?
No. You take payment however you already do: cash, card machine or bank transfer. Issued invoices can't be edited, so your records stay honest.
It suits businesses where customers already message to order: takeaways and cafés taking collection orders, bakeries taking cake orders, florists, butchers and corner shops. Service businesses can use the same basket for fixed-price jobs, such as a standard car valet or a boiler service.
Because the order arrives as a normal WhatsApp message, you reply the same way you already do. There is no new inbox to watch.

Does the customer need an account?
No. They just need WhatsApp.
Can I edit an invoice after it's issued?
No. Issued invoices are fixed snapshots, which keeps your records reliable.
Which countries does it work in?

Is there a fee per order?
No. Orders and invoices don't use credits.
Can I get a PDF?
Yes, every invoice has a PDF you can share or download.
What about delivery?
Restaurants can offer collection or delivery areas and a minimum order.
Is it safe to connect my Google Business Profile?
Yes. You connect through Google's own sign-in screen, so we never see your Google password, and the access key Google gives us is stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time from your settings or your Google account.
What happens if I run out of credits?
AI actions pause until your monthly credits refresh, or you can top up 500 credits for £12 at any time. Nothing is charged without you choosing it, and any action that fails is refunded automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel during the 14-day free trial (which includes 250 trial credits) and you aren't charged. After your first payment you have 30 days to ask for a full refund. After that, cancelling stops the plan renewing at the end of the year or month you paid for.
